From downtown Dallas:

 go I-35 south toward Waco, stay in the left lanes toward Waco. You will cross under I-20. Proceed on I-35 south.  

 From Fort Worth or Arlington:

 go east on I-20 pass Duncanville, take I-35 south toward Waco.  

 From Mesquite or eastern Dallas County:

 go west on I-20, take  I-35 south toward Waco.

 And Then....

Go 4 miles past I-20 on I-35 south & exit on Pleasant Run Rd.
Make a right at the light.
Go one block & turn right beside Bank of America.
